Support from People team when a direct doesn't feel psych safety

If a direct report does not feel that they are in an environment with their Hiring Manager that promotes psychological safety, is there a function in which a Direct Report can select "I don't feel comfortable sharing how I feel with my manager" which gets submitted to a People team member so that we can reach out and provide support/dig into the issue deeper?
I want to make sure that these team members:
- Don't feel pressured to share how they feel with their HM, especially if their relationship may be at a point of contention.
- Their needs or lack of trust with their HM is identified and we give the team member an option to not have to share directly with the HM if it's an escalated issue that may required a 3rd party support (from People team).
