How can I see who is at Moderate Risk of Burnout? The dashboard tells me that 2 people have had Moderate Risk of Burnout but I’d like to see who that is. Thanks! Ian at Check

my team are trying to incorporate small goals to encourage ourselves and each other to maintain a good work life balance. I was wondering if Kona would consider having a question to ask how people are managing their work life balance that day?

a suggestion- can team members set their working days so they can maintain a streak? or can they mark a day as “not working” to let managers know they didn’t work that day? This would be helpful for managers to know if the team are checking in on days they don’t work/days off. It would also be super helpful for team with contractors rather than employees as their work days may not be as consistent. Natasha Romas at X-Company

If a direct report does not feel that they are in an environment with their Hiring Manager that promotes psychological safety, is there a function in which a Direct Report can select "I don't feel comfortable sharing how I feel with my manager" which gets submitted to a People team member so that we can reach out and provide support/dig into the issue deeper? I want to make sure that these team members: Don't feel pressured to share how they feel with their HM, especially if their relationship may be at a point of contention. Their needs or lack of trust with their HM is identified and we give the team member an option to not have to share directly with the HM if it's an escalated issue that may required a 3rd party support (from People team).

It'd be great if there were a section for each team. so above the checkin from Monika, have a header text spot for her manager, so that the checkins are a little more structured. maybe have a section for folks who don't belong in a current team as well? Henry from GoodRx

If we can integrate them more into the day to day, they will become more of the decision making matrix

the burnout score isn't informative to me because i have no baseline to understand what the number means: i don't know how it's computed i don't trust it to tell me more than me looking at the layer chart
